These Web pages are those pages which, for one reason or another, I found more interesting or more useful than all the others out there.

Computer-related pages

• Matthew Bloch's page Here you can get a lovely game called Swarm which no longer contains some strange bugs. You can also get some other utilties including a cool games library called Popcorn. I'll do something with it, one day. Oh, and there's the Soup Kitchen Theatre page on there as well.
  
• The Acorn Emulation Page What it says.
  
• Wotsit's file format page Huge collection of file format descriptions. Sound damned useful? It is. Only wish I'd discovered it sooner.
  
• Doom It Yourself Compile a version of Linux Doom to run on your Acorn with the help of a few patch files. Completely legal as well, according to what R-Comp said before they found out this site existed. Now, of course, it's completely illegal because it says so in the contract that they won't let us read. We believe you, honest.

Generally useful pages

• Dummyproof Freebies Nice list of places providing Internet-related services (Web space, email etc.) that won't cost you a penny. But remember, nobody likes a freeloader.
  
• Prozac Graphics A rather smart collection of Web page graphics. Backgrounds, horizontal bars, buttons, you know that sort of thing.
  
• IBM Intellectual Property Network Database of American patents. Well I found it helpful, anyway.
  
• Railtrack train time information Gives UK train times, and will find a route for you if you need to change trains. Invaluable if you have no friends, but still exceedingly useful if you do have friends and you want to visit them by train.
  
• Map of UK universities and academic research institutions Point-and-click map which takes you to the home page of any university. Useful when you can't simply guess the URL of the university you want.
  
• Roger's No So Famous Quotes Page Wise words from the likes of Homer Simpson.
